Survey Activity

Students, periodically you will be asked to provide your opinion related to your educational experiences at Carson Valley Middle School. The reason we as is that you are part of this educational fabric, we want to make your experience as meaningful as possible.
Students, we want your opinions. Your opinion matters. Please take a few moments to answer a few questions related to your educational experience. The American Institutes for Research (AIR) on behalf of the Nevada Department of Education is asking questions related to the environment and conditions for learning in school.
Students: Your responses are important to help in understanding the learning conditions and the environment at school. This is not a test. There are no wrong answers.
To begin the survey click on the SURVEY LINK below. The link will take you to the NV-SCSEL survey welcome screen. The teacher will issue a username, an 8-character code you will need to participate in the survey. This is a completely anonymous survey your name and username are never linked together. The user names are distributed in the classroom. After you log-into the NV-SCSEL website you will receive a personal identification number (PIN). Write this PIN down, you'll need it.
